One operating system that replaced a CrossFit gym's rented Wodify software: a custom Sunday-night Stripe billing engine, a member portal, a native iOS app, an AI coach, and a programming engine, all built and operated by us in production.

Craft Cannabis

A retail operating system for a four-store cannabis chain: an offline-first Electron check-in POS wired to POSaBIT, a self-updating 31-device Fire TV signage fleet, a real-time queue backend, and a menu/case-card designer with approvals, all built and operated remotely.

A live PushPress-to-GoHighLevel sync that makes two gym tools behave like one. Webhook-driven, matched by email, plan-aware pipeline and tag routing, running unattended under systemd. About 40 hours a month handed back to the owner.

Autosterea (internal)

Autosterea's own AI sales agent: a 60-second GoHighLevel poll loop that answers inbound texts and website chats, captures leads, and books calls, paired with Agent Hub, a registry-driven dashboard that watches it run in production.

Persistence Athletics

A public data-science tool that runs 25 years of CrossFit.com programming (6,800+ workouts) through information theory, network science, and 3D visualization. Fully static, computes in-browser, and scrapes and rebuilds itself daily with no server.

EDSO

A rules-based strength and conditioning engine that generates a full 52-week plan from a tiered movement system and daily-undulating periodization, with a live movement database, logbook, and suggested weights. Built and operated by Autosterea, live at program.edso.app.

Rubicon CF + Conjugate

A hybrid strength and conditioning platform for Rubicon that models Westside Conjugate (Max, Dynamic, Repetition Effort tiers, VBT, RPE) alongside CrossFit conditioning. Athlete app plus full coach back office, React 19 and NestJS and PostgreSQL, live on a VPS we run.

A self-hosted, rebranded Excalidraw running on our own 2GB VPS: real-time collaborative whiteboarding for the team with no SaaS seat fees and no data leaving our infrastructure.

Ritual Studio

A dual-sided operating system for contrast-therapy studios: a clean member booking app and a deep admin ERP on one PostgreSQL database. Roughly 50 Prisma models, 20 modules, 150-plus endpoints, JWT auth, and Stripe. Built and demo-ready, not yet live in a studio.
