How do you price a Build?
Fixed scope, by the size and complexity of what you run: $3K to $5K for a small business, $12K to $20K for a growing operation, and $20K to $50K for multi-location or enterprise. The scope and the price are agreed in the Discovery Sprint, so there are no surprise overruns.
What is the Operate retainer for?
We run the system in production: monitoring, fixes, and new features every week. It runs $300 to $1,800 a month, scaling with the apps we operate and the level of support you want. This is the part nobody else does.
Do I own what you build?
Yes. On full payment you own the custom system, the code, and the data, with no lock-in. Keep us running it, or take the keys whenever you want. On transfer you get the source, the credentials, and a written handover.
How fast is fast?
Real systems live in weeks, not the six-month timeline an agency would quote. We deploy AI to do the heavy lifting, so a small senior team ships like a big one.
Is the Discovery Sprint really credited?
Yes, the full $2,500 comes off your build. If we move forward, it costs you nothing. If we don't, you still keep a concrete build plan you own.
