Service providers

We share information only with vendors that help us run the business, under their own terms:

• Hosting & database for storing form submissions and content.
• GoHighLevel as our CRM for managing conversations and follow-up.
• SendGrid for sending email.
• Stripe for billing and payments on active engagements.
• Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for website analytics.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your data sooner where we are not required to keep it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
